You grant Home Logger and its operator a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, develop, distribute, and otherwise exploit your feedback and suggestions for any lawful purpose without compensation to you.

No obligation

Home Logger is not obligated to review, acknowledge, implement, or respond to feedback.

Independent development

Home Logger may independently develop features, products, or services similar or identical to submitted ideas.

Ownership

You retain intellectual property rights you already hold in submissions, subject to the license granted above.
